During the last Parade of Homes in Lakeway, Jenkins Custom Homes' staff and management were approached by numerous attendees about a remodeling contractor service. Many people stated that they really love their home's location and basic design, but it just needs that little somethin' somethin'. In response to this need, Jenkins Custom Homes has launched their "Home Makeover: Jenkins Edition"! This service will include remodeling services, party make-ready services, garage enclosures and makeovers, handyman services, and outdoor living additions (including pools and spas).

In 2009, Jenkins participated in the Parade of Homes at Skywater in Horseshoe Bay and won every single People’s Choice Award in every category! This custom home also won several state-wide Star Awards by the Texas Association of Builders, including Best Custom Home in its price category. It was also instrumental in winning the home builder the 2009 Custom Builder of the Year award for the entire state of Texas! This was the second time for the home builder to win this award. In 2006, the Jenkins Showcase of Homes entry was recognized as the Best Custom Home in Texas by the Texas Association of Builders and resulted in Jenkins being named the 2006 Custom Builder of the Year. In 2004, Jenkins was also invited to build a custom home for the Showcase of Homes. This custom home was also recognized with a Star award and was featured on the cover of Frontgate Magazine.
