Remodel Project #1 – This 1970′s waterfront home was used as a second home for this family for many years.  When they were ready to retire, they decided to make the lake home their primary home.  Of course, the home needed a major home makeover.  Jenkins took the home from approx. 2,000 s.f. to over 5,000 s.f., taking it from a small cottage to a luxury waterfront home with room for the entire family (and all their families).

Remodel Project #2 – When this family bought their lot, it came with an old farmhouse on it.  Rather than tear it down, they asked us to remodel it so they could use it as an office and Guest House.  We also built them a main home in front of the old farmhouse, and tied them both together with similar exterior colors and materials.  These are the finished photos of that home.

Teardown Project #3 - This family bought this 1970′s home as a second home on the lake then later decided to tear it down and build a brand new one in its place.  Jenkins took the existing home down and built a new one in its place.  Below are the photos of that completed new home:

Remodel Project #4:

This was a 1920′s farmhouse that this family decided to remodel and use as their main home.  Jenkins did an extensive remodel and restore to this home, and photos of this completed project are shown below.  Unfortunately, we don’t have any “before” photos of this project.
